Hey there! I’m Jeff Duncan

As the President and CEO of Meetingmax, Jeff has strategically grown the company to be one of the largest providers of event hotel reservation technology in the industry, annually processing millions in hotel transactions through its software. Jeff is always looking for ways to push the event tech space forward. He is a graduate of the EO Entrepreneur Master’s Program at MIT, holds a leadership role as Past President of the Vancouver Entrepreneur’s Organization, is an Executive Board Member of the Vancouver Police Foundation and sits on the Board of Directors for the Plastic Bank. Jeff is a 40 under 40 winner, an active public speaker, and travels the globe looking for the next disruption in the travel and hotel booking space.

Hey there! I’m David Ebert

David joins Meetingmax after a successful career in commercial and corporate banking. He is an expert on key finance related issues such as structuring leveraged buyouts, acquisition and divestiture of lines of business, and on growing companies in a controlled and profitable manner. David has managed loan portfolios in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, wholesaling, financial services, and real estate and has been involved in financing technology companies at various stages of their development. As well, David brings a strong network of contacts with venture capitalists, private equity lenders and various other debt and equity providers to the Company.

Fara uses her extensive knowledge of the hospitality and events industries, and her many years of strategic planning, to oversee both Managed housing and Licensed housing. Fara empowers her team using her energetic passion for people combined with her natural leadership skills. Her organizational finesse and love of analytic based information is highly respected which she uses to advise on event housing best practices. She actively integrates the Client Success team with the Meetingmax product developers in pursuit of the best possible experience for our software users and their event attendees alike. She strengthens the Meetingmax community by creating deep partnerships with clients, partners, hotels, and global representatives.

Meetingmax’s core purpose is to help people find their tribe, and ensuring that its internal team feels like they have found a second home at Meetingmax is a big part of that. Nicole’s love for people and money make her the perfect department lead for Tribe. She is an expert accountant and ensures that side of the business is running smoothly so that it can take care of its people internally. Nicole has a keen eye for detail and is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone asking for payments, so in other words, she’s usually one to keep in your good books!

Patrick MacCoubrey

Patrick is the kind of person who can take something average and turn it into something extraordinary. He is creative, meticulous, reliable, and passionate. These qualities allow him to not only imaginatively strategize and plan, but also follow these plans through and execute projects flawlessly. As the Integrator of Meetingmax’s internal operations, Patrick is the go-to guy for numerous projects including Licensed Housing initiatives, systems & processes, and employee engagement. On top of this, he uses his vast industry knowledge to lead Meetingmax’s education and training efforts, and to oversee and execute on its renowned annual user conference, The Unconvention.
