Every year at the Unconvention, our annual user conference, we announce and award Meetingmax Experts (MMXperts) for the past year. Due to COVID-19 we’ve had to postpone our 2020 event, but we still want to celebrate our amazing clients and the achievements they have made in housing this past year!
BEST HOTEL RELATIONSHIPS
Meetingmax is constantly collecting user feedback through Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys. The winner of this award had the highest hotel NPS score for the past year. This year our winner only had promoters and finished with a perfect score of 100. Seeing as NPS ranges from -100 to +100 that’s some ridiculously remarkable support!

MOST ACTIVE USER
Our application tracks all user activity. The winner of this award completed over 500,000 actions and was active in the application for 202 days.
WINNER: Nicole Manos, Apex-Events Inc.
MOST SUB-BLOCKS
The winner of this award created the most sub-blocks in Meetingmax this past year. Hint: they are heavily involved in team sporting events.
WINNER: Aimee Roberts, TCI Housing
MOST EVENTS
A few factors determine the winner of this award; the number of events that were created and the room night pickup per event. This year’s winner not only created a high number of new events, they maintained high room night pickup across them all!
WINNER: Rachel Williams, Fargo-Moorhead CVB
MOST ROOM NIGHTS
This one is awarded to a first-year client who has generated the most room nights in Meetingmax. Way to start your housing journey with a bang!
WINNER: Marie Burke, Titan Travel
BIGGEST GROWTH
The recipient of this award has demonstrated a deep understanding of housing by achieving the largest increase in room nights year over year. Way to go!

MEETINGMAX CULTURE CHAMPION
The winner of this award is someone who embodies Meetingmax’s core values (Make it fun!; Own it.; Passion for people; Ingenuity everywhere; Thirst for learning). The recipient of the 2020 award lives and breathes community. She is always looking for ways to unite the CVB Housing Manager community through knowledge sharing, learning & education, and acting as a great sounding board. We are so happy to have her as a part of our tribe!
